I wish

I wish I could see into the future

I wish we could learn from the past

I wish the sun made everybody smile

I wish we would remember where it was

(Even on cloudy days it’s doing its best)

I wish we could appreciate our wealth

I wish some didn’t covet money

I wish there was peace in the world

I wish we were all tolerant

I wish everyone good health

I wish world leaders would put their dicks away and see the big picture

I wish 300 miles was 2

I wish small shops could keep going

I wish the countryside was on everyone’s doorstep

I wish hoodies would take their fucking hoods off and smile

I wish we were all prepared to work

(some of us were)

I wish people were more open (some of us are)

I wish we would stop dealing arms

I wish we could eradicate homelessness

I wish the media were consistent

I wish vitriol was a thing of the past

I wish we’d all sing every day

I wish we could take a good look at ourselves and find a reason to sing

I wish everyone saw the good in themselves

I wish I could walk up Snowdon again

Because of MS, (it's a swine of a thing) I no longer work because I no longer work. I blog about the things I think about. I love music.
